Cool! Thanks for having a look at the theme (and sorry for the slow reply; I got distracted by CentOS7, and website updates). I'm preparing the alpha release of the theme now (and fixing a few remaining showstopper bugs), and will look over your changes and integrate any that need to be brought in based on the current state of the theme. Will ping this issue again when I've had a chance to look over it.

Yep, Ilia's doing awesome work on that! I'm passing on some details of the new menu functions to him (which is the last quirk that makes it not quite work right for Virtualmin), so hopefully he'll be able to get it updated soon.

My Bootstrap theme will see an alpha release this week. It won't be production-ready for at least another couple of weeks, but I'm hoping to have a very useable beta by end of year, and start shipping a production version with our regular installation within the first two weeks of 2015.
